Multi-use envelopes

Reusable envelopes are reusable and sealable security packaging solutions for documents, papers and other sensitive contents that need to be handled in a controlled way. They are used when shipments occur repeatedly and where it is important to see whether the envelope has been opened after sealing.

The envelopes are fitted with a zipper and a sealable locking chamber. When closing the envelope, the zipper puller is placed into the locking chamber and secured with a separate insert seal. If the envelope is opened, the seal must be broken, giving a clear indication of whether the contents have remained protected since the last sealing.

The format is practical for document transport and is not classified as a bulky postal item, making the envelopes well suited for recurring postal and internal mail flows. They can be used for documents, contracts, smaller document bundles and other material that needs to be sent, stored or handed over with clear tamper indication.

The range includes reusable envelopes in several colours and versions. Colour coding can be used to distinguish between departments, users, routes or different types of document flows. Together with numbered seals, this creates simple and traceable handling from sender to recipient.
