Gusset bags

Gusseted bags are reusable and sealable security packaging solutions for handling, storage and transport of documents, binders, keys, equipment, valuables or other sensitive contents. The gusseted construction provides extra volume, making the bags suitable when the contents require more space than a flat security bag can offer.

The bags can hold up to two A4 binders and are therefore especially suitable for document flows where larger quantities of paperwork need to be kept together and protected. They can be used for internal mail, archive handling, transport between offices, document handover or other controlled handling where the contents need to be easy to transport and clearly sealed.

The bags are fitted with a zipper and a sealable locking chamber. When closing the bag, the zipper puller is placed into the locking chamber and secured with a separate insert seal. If the bag is opened, the seal must be broken, making it easy to check whether the packaging has remained intact since it was sealed.

The range includes gusseted bags in several colours. Colour coding can be used to distinguish between departments, routes, users or different types of contents. Combined with numbered seals, this creates clear and traceable handling from sealing to receipt.
