Conditions of use

1. General

These terms and conditions apply when you make purchases on estore.loomis.se, operated by Loomis eStore AB, reg. no. 556197-6837. By using our website, you agree to these terms. Sales through this website are available to legal entities only.

2. Products and Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), excluding VAT (25% unless otherwise stated or selected in the menu). We reserve the right to make changes to pricing, product availability, and to correct any inaccuracies in product descriptions or images.

3. Orders and Payment

When you confirm your order, an agreement is entered into between you and Loomis eStore AB. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Payment is made by invoice with a 30-day payment term. We reserve the right to require advance payment if a credit check justifies this.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Sweden via PostNord. Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping costs are specified at checkout before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply under the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (Köplagen), which governs agreements between legal entities. If you wish to return a product, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping costs related to any return will be invoiced to the buyer.

6. Complaints and Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within a reasonable time (preferably within 7 days):

• Send an email including your order number, a photo of the product, and a description of the defect

• We will cover return shipping costs for approved complaints and either send a replacement product or issue a refund

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income or other financial losses. We reserve the right for technical errors, incorrect stock levels, or typographical mistakes.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website (including images, texts, and logos) is the property of Loomis eStore AB and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. The current version will always be published on our website. The terms in effect at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.
