This RJ45 cable lock is designed to secure connected network cables and prevent unauthorized or accidental disconnection. The lock is fitted directly onto the RJ45 connector and blocks the release clip, making it difficult to remove the cable from the network port without using the supplied key.
The product is suitable for environments where network connections must remain stable, protected and controlled, such as offices, schools, reception areas, server rooms, network cabinets, public areas, cash register environments and technical installations. By locking the cable in place, the risk of downtime, incorrect disconnection and unauthorized access to network ports is reduced.
The cable lock is easy to install and requires no tools. The network cable is placed into the lock, secured with the key and then connected to the RJ45 port. When the cable needs to be removed for service, maintenance or reconfiguration, the lock can be opened with the supplied key.
